UK customers should expect to receive their items, via Royal Mail, approximately 2-4 working days after we receive cleared payment for your
order- subject to stock availability. Orders received on Friday will not be despatched until Monday.
Heavy items maybe dispatched by Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service which can take up to 7 working days to deliver. Please include your e-mail address with all orders so that we can inform you of any expected delays and
confirm when items have been dispatched. Unfortunately we can not guarentee delivery dates, particularly
during busy periods such as Christmas - but we will try our best! If you require your items urgently please let us know.
Items can be dispatched by UK Special Delivery Next Day Service from £5.95 per order. Please select this option when adding items to basket. Orders must be received by 1pm to
qualify for this service. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following day, or Monday if orders are
received at weekends.
For International delivery please select the correct shipping option for your country before adding items to basket.
