fungiftsforgirls.co.uk want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you do wish to return an item we will issue a full refund for the cost of each item where the product has not been opened or damaged and is in its orignal condition, suitable for resale. You will need to return your item within 14 days of the purchase date along with its original receipt. Postage costs will be at your expense and you will be responsible for item until they reach us. We suggest you use a secure postage service that requires a signature on delivery. You will be issued with a refund once returned items have been received by us and deemed to be in their original condition. Please e-mail us before returning any goods so we can issue a returns code. Please include this code and the reason for your return with your items. All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.
Faulty Goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, please e-mail us for a returns code stating the nature of the fault. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund to be issued once we have received your item. Please return items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and include your returns code plus a receipt for the postage costs incurred so that we can refund your return postage costs. We are not liable for the replacement/refund of products with faults resulting from poor or improper use.
The law of England & Wales shall apply to this Agreement
irrespective of the place of delivery.
